In our Vinyasa Flow classes, you’ll expand your practice with thoughtful, yet energizing, sequencing. Students link breath to movement in a nourishing and strengthening class. Vinyasa Flow is slightly faster paced and helps students build functional strength, open areas of tightness and practice the art of being present. Basic knowledge of poses is recommended for a more enjoyable experience.
In Foundation Flow classes, you’ll find an accessible introduction to vinyasa flow with longer holds. Teachers will offer thoughtful cues to help you build your foundational knowledge of the practice and poses. This is the perfect class for those new to yoga or those seeking a reintroduction of the poses.
In Gentle Yoga classes, you’ll find an accessible introduction to yoga with a generously paced class to allow you to find the posture that serves your body best. This class will utilize a number of props including blocks, straps, bolsters/pillows and occasional a chair. Teachers will offer thoughtful cues and assistance to help you build your foundational knowledge of the practice and poses. This is the perfect class for individuals recovering from an injury or those seeking a more therapeutic and slower paced class.
Cultivate inner stillness in the mind and the body! In our Restorative classes you’ll experience the rest and relaxation that your body craves. Students will rest in postures for several minutes, allowing the mind to find ease. This is a very gentle class that promotes physical and mental healing.

We are now offering both in-person instruction (up to 6 people) AND private yoga!
We offer three in-person classes a week:
- Foundation Flow: Tuesdays at 5:30 p.m.
- Vinyasa Flow: Wednesday at 9:00 a.m.
- Vinyasa Flow: Thursdays at 6:00 p.m.

Here’s what we’re doing to keep you healthy:
We practice good hygiene all year round. We clean the floors and high touch surfaces after every class. We use HEPA air purifiers before, during, and after class and open windows between sessions to air out the studio.
- To avoid unnecessary contact and prevent the spread of the COVID-19, we ask that you complete waiver forms and payment online.
- Masks are required when inside.
- Please place your mat in the areas marked to ensure proper spacing between students.
During this time, we will be taking extra precautions to help prevent the spread of the virus including temperature checks for both instructors and students. We appreciate your patience and support in maintaining a healthy space for all yogis.
